This app was developed by the jma team as a Free app. This app provides a test to measure ON and OFF reaction times in vision. The purpose of this app is to provide eye doctors with a tool for vision research and inspire new visual tests to monitor the progression of visual disorders. This Service is provided by the jma team at no cost and is intended for use as is. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

How do we process your information? We process your information in order to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law. No processing of information will be made without your full knowledge and consent.
In what situations and with which parties might we share personal information? We will share information with NO third-party service and in NO situation.
What are your rights? Depending on where you reside, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.
How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
How long is your data retained? We do not retain any data or personal information from our users. If you choose to mail your performance results to yourself and/or our laboratories, then we don't have access to the email address you enter. By the nature of mail sending, we will have access to the sender's email address. Upon reciving the data, we will save the csv file (which holds no personal information), and delete the email message (in turn deleting any trace of the email address).
How can you revoke consent? We do not collect or keep any of the user's data. We only store the csv file containing the performance results (which contains no identification or personal information of the user). Users can revoke constent by deleting the app or contacting us.
How can you delete your data? We do not collect or keep any of the user's data. If the user wants to delete the mail they sent to our laboratories, they may contact us and request the data to be deleted.
Do we make updates to this privacy policy? We will only update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in Eye Speed for iOS. Individual settings relating to the Eye
Speed App are not personal and are stored only on your device. There is no automatic collection of information. If any data or information is to be colleted, the user will explicitly be informed about it.
We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.
When the trials are completed, there is an option to mail the data to our laboratory and to the user's email address.
In order to mail you the data, we request that you provide a valid email address that is used as a destination point. The data will be mailed in the form of a data sheet that contains information about the data collected (e.g.,
reaction times and correct responses for individual trials) and information about the variables selected for the test. The variables can be set before the test begins (e.g., size of noise, size of spots, ratio of black and white area,
number of trials). The email address that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected, stored, or shared in any way. In the Mail Composer, you will see two additional email addresses to the one you provided; our laboratories.
Both addresses will not have access to any of your personal information. They will simply receive a copy of your performance results, anonymously, for vision research or to develop future clinical applications. If you would like to restrain from sending an anonymous copy of your trial
results to our laboratory, simply delete the email addresses in the Mail Composer.

All of our application's content is Family-Friendly, and can be enjoyed fully without providing us with any personal information. During the Post-Trial stage, if you would like to receive
your performance results in a more detailed manner, you may provide us with a valid email address to send the data to. We use the email address only to
